The first DRILL Camp was only the beginning. As the model developed, so did the vision. The 21-Day Personal Development Project became the foundation for a broader capacity-building ecosystem serving students, undergraduates, fresh graduates, young professionals and, increasingly, individuals seeking professional and enterprise development. The organisation began to envision a progression through different stages of development.

The Intermediate Camp.
Strengthening competence, productivity, resourcefulness, leadership and the ability to translate aspirations into achievement.

The Advanced Camp.
Helping individuals bridge skill gaps, reskill, upskill, improve employability, navigate the digital world and become more effective in professional environments.

DRILL 4.0
The Technical Camp.
The Participants are equipped with technical skills that makes them relevant in a global and digital changing world.
DRILL Business Academy
The Drill Business Academy is a special purpose vehicle of the Drill Camp to train and entrepreneurs, managers and future organisational leaders through exposure to business strategy, finance, branding, marketing, management, governance, talent and enterprise development.
The Cycle
Build-Up Buddies
One of the fundamentals of the Drill programme is its unique Build-Up Buddy accountability system. Even more interesting is the platform provided for interested past participants to become integrated into the Drill Camp Experience by volunteering as Build-Up Buddies.
We believe that development should not stop with the person who receives it. The person who has been helped can eventually help someone else. The participant can become the buddy. The buddy can become an Instructor, and then a Mentor. Even beautiful, the participant can become a Facilitator helping others to thrive through his/her unique experience.
