Facilitators & Instructors
share your expertise and experience through practical, engaging learning sessions.
Mentors
provide guidance, perspective and encouragement to participants navigating personal, academic or professional growth.
Build-Up Buddies
support participants through DRILL's accountability system by following up, encouraging consistency and monitoring progress.
Volunteers
contribute your time, skills and energy to programme delivery, events, outreach, research, communications and other areas of need.
Professional & Operational Contributors
support DRILL through expertise in areas such as strategy, people and culture, communications, technology, programme management, finance, business and administration.
