As DRILL evolved, we realised the programme was never really about the individual topics being taught — those were only the vehicle. The real objective was transformation. That led to a broader philosophy: Learn. Apply. Account. Reflect. Grow. Learning provides knowledge. Application turns knowledge into practice. Accountability creates consistency. Reflection creates awareness. Growth becomes the outcome. We’re not interested only in helping people know more — we want to help them become more capable of doing more with what they know. That’s what turns a class into a system, and a participant into a builder.
