Growth Reports
Measuring the Journey. Capturing the Transformation.
The DRILL Camp Growth Reports capture the development journey and outcomes of participants throughout the DRILL experience.
We believe that a programme should be measured by more than attendance. What matters is what happens to people as they move through the experience; what they learn, what they apply, what changes and what they are able to do differently afterwards.
Through participant reflections, assignments, accountability records, feedback, testimonials and transformation reports, we document the progress and experiences emerging from each cohort.
The Growth Report provides an opportunity to look beyond numbers and hear the stories behind the numbers; the moments of clarity, breakthroughs, new habits, increased confidence, changed perspectives and practical actions that demonstrate the value of the DRILL experience. It also helps us identify what is working, where participants need greater support and how future cohorts can be better designed.
